The Spring Hill Project is the perfect example of how a little bit can go a long way in terms of return on value if that little is spent in the right places. 

We assisted our clients three years ago in acquiring this property as a rental and were there for them again when they were ready to cash out. We spent $50k strategically to update the home before putting it on the market to ensure the highest rate of return. Windows, siding, and paint were a few of the improvements made to dramatically change the look of the home. We also partnered with The Staging Company to add the finishing touches. Buyers love to see how a home can be used while also being able to see themselves in it.
